If you're looking to return/exchange your order, we're here to help!
If you are not satisfied with an item you purchased, you can return your item(s) for a full refund within 14 days from the date the products were received. The item(s) must be unused, unopened and in it's original packaged condition.
 

Damaged / Wrong item(s)

If you have received damaged items or wrong items, please contact our customer service team. Please include your order number, item description, and attach a photo of the damaged/wrong items to help us better understand the situation.
After checking the information, we will send you the replacement items right away along with the prepaid return shipping label.

Exchange is not available.

Therefore, you must return your products first. Then, place another order. The refund will be credited back into your account within 5 business days.
*Please note, customers will be responsible for the cost of return shipping and up to 20% restocking fee.
