Refund policy

If you're looking to return/exchange your order, we're here to help!
If you are not satisfied with an item you purchased, you can return your item(s) for a full refund within 14 days from the date the products were received. 
To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, unopened with tags, and in its original packaged condition. You’ll also need to provide your order# and proof of purchase. 
To start a return, you can contact us at kos@kosallure.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

DAMAGED / WRONG ITEM(S)

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. Please include your order number, item description, and attach a photo of the damaged/wrong items to help us better understand the situation. After evaluating the issue, we will make it right!

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned; Items like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Exchanges

Exchange is not available.
Therefore, you must return your products first. Then, place another order. The refund will be credited back into your account within 5 business days.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
*Please note, customers will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it may take up to 5 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
