1. After cleansing and on dry skin, take out the sheet mask from the pouch and remove the films on both sides of the mask.
2. Apply evenly onto your butt.
3. Leave on for 15-20 minutes.
4. Remove mask and tap your skin to absorb any excess essence.

For maximized effect, use 2-3 times a week.
