Alcohol denat, water, propylene glycol, lactic acid, urea, glycolic acid, betaine, isopropyl alcohol, hydroxyethylcellulose, peg-60 hydrogenated castor oil, menthol, fragrance, disodium edta, allantoin, tocopheryl acetate, vitis vinifera (grape) fruit extract, citrus aurantifolia (lime) fruit extract, pyrus malus (apple) fruit extract, citrus limon (lemon) fruit extract, citrus aurantium dulcis (orange) fruit extract, butylene glycol, 1,2-hexanediol, mentha piperita (peppermint) leaf extract, chamaecyparis obtusa water.

1. Remove foot mask from the pouch.
2. Cut open the foot mask along the dot line with your hands or using a scissor.
3. Put your foot into the foot mask like socks!
4. Using the provided sticker, adjust tightly on your ankle.
5. With the foot mask on, massage the entire foot to allow the solution to spread.
6. Relax for 45~60 minutes.
7. Remove the foot mask and wash off with lukewarm water.

*After a week, your feet will start to peel. These are dead skin cells and results may vary depending on the user.
