1. After washing and drying your feet, take out the foot mask from the pouch.
2. Put your foot into the foot mask like socks!
3. Using the provided sticker, adjust tightly on your ankle.
4. Relax for 15~30 minutes.
5. Remove the foot mask and tap your feet to allow any excess solution to absorb.
